At Lucite Lane, protecting our customers’ creativity and business interests is a core part of how we operate. Our Artwork Protection and Territory Protection policies are designed to give retailers confidence that their designs—and their market—are respected.

Artwork Protection
Every design you submit to Lucite Lane remains entirely yours. We use customer artwork solely for the purpose of producing the products you authorize. Your files are never shared, sold, reused, or reproduced for other customers, marketing materials, or internal design libraries without your explicit written permission. All artwork is handled securely and accessed only by team members involved in production. Whether your design is a logo, illustration, pattern, or custom layout, it is treated as confidential intellectual property. Our goal is to ensure you can create and sell custom acrylic products without concern that your ideas will appear elsewhere.

Territory Protection
In addition to safeguarding your artwork, Lucite Lane offers 10-mile territory protection on Lucite Lane design products. This means that once a design is produced for your retail location, we will not sell the same Lucite Lane design to another retailer within a 10-mile radius of your store. Territory protection helps preserve exclusivity, reduce direct competition, and support the unique identity of your retail assortment.

This policy applies specifically to Lucite Lane design products and is intended to support small retailers by giving them confidence that their curated offerings remain distinct within their local market.
