Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS ground from Manassas Virginia. Tracking information will be sent to the customer as the product goes into production. In some cases, orders may not be complete and ready for shipment at the time the tracking label is printed. Allow 3 days for production from the time the label is printed before showing on the shippers website.
Orders may be shipping on customers shipping account. In this case place the order and pay the shipping. Contact the office with the shipping account ID and we will refund the initial shipping. Call 703 885-1483 should the tracking information not appear on the FedEx, UPS or USPS site after such time.
International Shipping
Lucite Lane / Thousand Oaks Barrel Co.'s policy is that we DO NOT ship International unless on the customer's account! We are NOT responsible for any customs charges or fees related to international transport. If you are outside the continental U.S. and interested in our products, you will need to contact our office by phone or email prior to order.
Rush Orders
To Request an expedited order, select rush production as your shipping method when checking out, and provide a valid phone number. We will follow up by phone. Rush orders means that your product moves to the front of the line. It does not provide for expedited shipping. After your "RUSH" order is placed we will call you regarding expedited shipping.
