Return Policy
At Lucite Lane, every custom acrylic product is made with care and attention to detail. Because most of our items are custom produced, we maintain a limited return policy focused on addressing defects and production errors.
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Defects may include issues such as incorrect printing, manufacturing flaws, or damage that occurred during production or shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are custom made correctly but no longer wanted, ordered in error, or based on subjective preferences such as color variations or design placement approved during the proofing process.
All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect. This information helps us evaluate the issue quickly and determine the appropriate resolution.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary. In many cases, we may offer a replacement or remake rather than requiring the product to be returned. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Lucite Lane is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been altered after delivery.
